At Rivian Gear Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your outdoor lifestyle apparel and accessories. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
